I think I posted this in the wrong place, my apologies.

I have a ULT2002D. In the middle of a project with 21 color changes something went crazy with my machine. After a color sews out and cuts the thread...the next color will not pick up the bobbin thread. It seems to be cutting it too short for the next color to pick up this is resulting in a "check upper thread message." There is no bobbin thread in the sew out. Any ideas? I turned off the auto cutter otherwise I had to remove the hoop after each sew out and re-insert the bobbin and pull the thread through the plate setup.
