Hello all. I've been a "lurker" to this forum for a couple of months and thought it was time to come out and introduce myself. My name is Denise and, after not having sewn for 25 years, picked it up again and am enjoying it immensely!! Am taking baby steps and making alot of mistakes but it's okay. I read the posts and, boy--you all are incredible! I have learned so much!
I was having major problems with the tension on my el cheap-o borrowed sewing machine until I came across a website that helped me to correct the problem. So I thought I'd pass it along.

Anyway, that's my meager contribution. I'll be asking for help soon.
*It might look like I'm doing nothing, but at the cellular level I'm really quite busy*

At the end I am not showing up at my grave all pretty and well preserved...I am coming in sliding, yelling "What a ride!"

Welcome both of you. The more the merrier. I love this site and remember, there is no such thing as a dumb or silly question. We all have to learn & never quit learning. We all started knowing nothing at some point. Every one has a " DUH " day sometimes. Theresa
