Someone here had suggested offering fabric you don't need on Freecycle. I thought WOW what a neat idea. You forgot to mention that freecycling can be addictive. I offered up the stuff left over from my last yardsale thinking to make room in my garage. Well, I now have less room in my garage because of all the neat stuff I have found on there for free. :re:
But seriously this is a great site and I suggest it to anyone who needs to get rid of some stuff. I have met some really nice people and helped some young mothers get things they wouldn't have been able to afford. I find myself looking through my house daily wondering if anything I have sitting around could help someone else.
Just thought I should say thanks to the person who mentioned it.

That's another site that I am always checking every day. You would not believe some of the things that people either have to get rid of or want!!!!
I had a lady here in town give me a big bunch of perrenials for my flower bed this past fall, turns out she's a member of the local garden club and no one there needed any more flowers!!!! I also had one other lady give me some different flowers from what the first one did!!! I still have a ways to go to get my bed back to what it once was.
