You talked about making "Bear-its" for your children. Can you please tell me what these are or post a picture of them? Thanks Jada |

Sorry for the delay on response. It's been busy! Bear-its are medium sized stuffed bears. I searched out my patterns, and found out that for awhile back in the 90's they were sold by McCalls pattern Co. in the craft section of the pattern catalog, under the name "Carol's Zoo." There were several patterns for different animals, and besides the bear, I also have a pattern that makes a cat or a dog with only two pattern pieces. All very easy, and also very cute (although I did find out that it is pretty tough "turning" that long kitty tail when using long-napped fur!). I'm not sure where the patterns could be found now anymore. The animals are very simple to cut and sew, and yet are very "sculpted" and realistic looking. Hope this helps somewhat. |

There is an actual Carol's Zoo website now. I don't have it bookmarked, but I've seen itmentioned several times on here in different forums, or you could google it. Ticia |
