I have just bought a Kenmore model 19010 sewing-embroidery machine. It only came with one hoop and I'm trying to find out if other size hoops can be used on this machine. I think the Janome hoops will fit the machine but I don't know if the software in the machine will work with other hoops.

I have a 19010 as well and love it. I belong to a yahoo group about our machine and that is where I get all of the information that I need about it.

If you haven't already found it, it is

I know that you can use the Janome freearm hoop with our machine and there are some discussions on the yahoo group archive about hoops. Remember though, the machine is limited to the 4" x 4" area, that is why it costs 1000's less than other machines with similar features.

I don't have any other hoops but I usually use hoopless methods with mine to embroider smaller things. The ladies on the yahoo group will be able to answer you questions better.

Did you purchase the Customizer to load your designs?
