Christine,
You probbly will not like my advice, but it works.. More of a cure, I guess.. When someone wants me to make something, and I think it is difficult to find patterns or instructions, then I tell them I will IF they get me the pattern in the right size, or the instructions (whichever is appropriate).. I sew for fun and relaxation only so I am not in the business and do not want to be.. I'm retired, and if I wanted to do work, I would get a part time job.. I love to sew, bit I want to sew what I choose to sew..This is the way I keep all my friends from working me too hard.. (any work is too hard) LOL...Get hubby to find his own pattern for that item and maybe he will think twice before he comes up with the more difficult ones.. :bg: :bg:

good point.

we have talked about it and I am going to mishmash a few patterns together to make a one piece for him.

he took all his measurements so I know those.

I sew for fun too. I sew diapers to sell, but the other stuff is for fun.
