I have an older Origins digitizing program and a newer Customizing Plus, both of which I want to use with my Husqvarna/Viking Designer I machine. My problem is I can't seem to save my work in Origins so that the Customizing Plus program can read it, and vise versa. I'm having trouble with one design that has extra lines and some empty space in it, and can't seem to fix it.

Hi, just wanted to ask you a question about your Designer I. I just bought a trade in model. I have searched for affordable machines for a couple months and didn't even realize H/V made one this size. I found one while visiting relatives -- good deal because the machine had been owned by a smoker and has smoke odor. I can get use to that for a deal, but so far I like the machine. What do you think of your D I? This is my first experience with it. THanks.
