Can anyone tell me how to change a pattern from a set-in sleeve to a sleeveless garment? |

All I know for sure is that the arm hole is usually lower in a dress with sleeves. That allows for reaching. In some cases the back may be a little bit wider to also allow for reaching but usually I think that is in jackets.

I think the top of the shoulder opening is closer to neck edge in a sleeveless garment.
