Hi everyone, Mary and I are about to get these on the road with the lessons here and there are just a couple of things to do here.

1. When we start the lessons the answer and question board will be on the "Beginner Quilting" board only.

2. The lessons print out great with acrobat. This program is free and I will put the url for you to go and download. All you need is the acrobat reader.

would like to join the new project, but have just a few questions, or maybe they are to be a surprise to us. will the blocks be appliqued or pieced? how large will it be? can it be notted or tied instead of hand quilted? and will we need any large pieces of fabric?
I did one of your bom quilts a couple or 3 years ago, it was fun.

looking forward to the 1st lesson.

Hi, so far the idea is pieced blocks. There will be 12 X 12" blocks, then sashing and border. No large piece is needed unless it is one you want to use throughout the quilt. I will have instructions for finishing but can be done to the persons liking.

I am who is holding everything up.
I was determined to get some rest and not return to work until grandson went back to school. Today is my first day back, I'm working on the lesson as we type. :nah:
