Hi, I'm looking for directions for making rag trim and there is also a Christmas tree made from this can't find anything on eigther one anyone know how?

Do you mean the fringe that is being used on the Chanel type jackets?

For that, you use a loose weave fabric, stabilize the middle with a zigzag stitch and then remove the crosswise threads, leaving a nice fringe on both edges. It's a picky job but very easy.
