I have spoken with Julie Culshaw www.timmelfabrics.com about pant fitting lessons. She has agreed to share her knowledge with us concerning pant fitting, and construction. We have not ironed out all the details but we will begin discussions on the site in two weeks or so.

I am going to enjoy this, I have only ever fitted myself and then it was usually just luck if they did fit.

I may post a few tips on fabric selection before we begin.

Now that I think about it, measuring is quite important too. We should discuss this before anything else. It is an important part.

Mary that is a lesson that I will gladly put everything else aside to take. I have yet to get a decent fit on pants.

pants fitting??? that means I have to hit the treadmill to get rid of the baby belly to get back to normal!! I hate making stuff that will only fit "for a while" :nah:

I think this is a great idea!!! can't wait!! like most, I'd love to make a pair of pants that actually fits!! Its tough enough when you're only 5 feet tall, but if you're 5 feet tall and round...its really tough to find pants that fit!!

really looking forward to this!!

I can't wait for this class! Perfect timing as that's one of my goals this year--well fitting pants. :)
