I have checked just about every site I have on sewing including Ebay and the fabric stores for knitted sleeve cuffs. Any ideas where else to check??? :nc: I am making scrub jackets for my friend and she would like to have these on them. You used to be able to find them everywhere now I can't find any. I'm not that good at knitting so am trying to avoid that if possible.

You have to buy knit ribbing and make the cuffs. For scrubs buy the heavy weight ribbing as it gets a lot of wear. Or at least mine do. I constantly am pushing the sleeves up to my elbows. Sometimes I find the ribbing in 21 inch widths and other times it is 60 so just ask at the store for their ribbing for cuffs. I remember when you use to be able to buy matching cuffs and collars to put on polo shirts. Some Kwik Sew patterns still tell you to use a purchased collar. Wish I could find them. Anyone seen them lately?

My Walmart sells white, black and pink. Joann's and Hancock's both sell the ribbing and the rib knit. I've also seen it online at Wazoodle, and several others that I can't remember right now. HTH.

I do not know how far you are from Wyoming, but WalMart even has light blue ribbing as well. Now Sew Baby has a ton of colors. Double the price of WalMart, but you can order a variety pack which is nice. It comes in 1/4 yards pieces from Sew Baby for the packs. You can order it regular price by the yard.

I've seen more lab jackets with wide elastic in a casing for cuffs now too. I've asked the ladies that have these if they like them better than the knit cuff and the majority say they prefer the elastic cuff since it wears better and stays up better when you push your sleeves up.
