All praise is due to God, my brother got my grandmothers old (OLD) KEnmore working (which was the top of the line back when). I have the tention balanced and it seems to be running well, but I'm having two problems:

1) the stiches are a little uneven in length
2) I can't seem to get the zig zag or machine blindstich stiches to work and I have tried various widths

Any suggestions would be much appreciated
