| I am thinking of using polar fleece as a quilt backing. Do I need to use batting as well? Would the quilt still be bound or would I stitch it envelope style and turn it right side out and stitch closed the turning opening? |

The choice is yours my dear. If you sew it envelope style you won't need to bind.
