Just a quick note that my daughter's surgery went very well. She was in surgery nine hours. It was a benign brain tumor called a cavernous malformation. She is home recuperating now. She has had no side effects from the surgery that they had warned us about. In fact she is going back to college next week! Well, I see I have a lot of messages to catch up on, shopping to do for the swap, and a block to make before the end of the month! Plus all of the catch up of things here at home and work. Thanks for everyone's support, prayers and well-wishes.

Happy sewing/quilting/crafting

Great news Liz, now you can have a bit of 'me' time. It must have been a worrying time for you.

Wonderful News!!!!, There's nothing like having to worry about our children's health. Take care, after what your family has been through you deserve a rest. Kick back in that nice sewing room and enjoy. Hugs

So glad to hear your daughter is recovering so well. I too had brain surgery so I can relate!
