I have been checking in for days wondering about the new block. I figured it might be due to the time difference as I live down the bottom of the world in little Tasmania. Today Saturday 5th I found out other people are still waiting too until later in the day I logged in to see Micheleleigh say it's up. But I can't seem to find it. Can someone provide the link so I can get started straight away. I am new to patchwork and quilting, but I am finding that I am already having withdrawal symptons not having something to work on. Here ya go. http://sew-whats-new.com/lesson_blocks/advent/flowerblock.pdf I told you it was pretty. I wish this program was easier to use and apologize for the long waiting time. I had to get my daughter to help me. The diagrams or images are the hard part for me. MaryW

Now I'm really behind! I'll be starting the house block tomorrow, then hopefully finish it by Wednesday and get started on this new one! Where does the time go?! |

Some of the gals are already done their February blocks and they are gorgeous! There are still new house blocks appearing in the other album though, so don't forget to check it. Barb, if you see this, I just love your little "Ivy Covered Cottage" - I could move right in. Wish I had some fabric like that - gonna' keep my eyes open. I wish you ALL had digital cameras - and if I was a millionaire (or had a kazillion Club-Z points)...you would! |

I haven't even printed the directions yet. But it is a pretty block. I have told myself I can't do any of my BOM's until I finish my UFO's. I am on the last one and hope to have it done this week. Than the BOM's.

Thanks! I bought that fabric a long time ago it was supposed to be kitchen curtains then I changed my mind. I can't wait to get started on the second block but I have laundry to do tonight. Maybe I will get a few cut between loads.
