I tried to stick to the South beach diet with mixed results. I have lost 23 lbs. in 5 months. I know, nothing to rave on about but I do see and feel a difference. Are there any desserts that the book recommends. I never did buy the book, I just kinda followed the main idea of it all. So far, so good. I would love to have something nice once in a while to chomp on. I used to be able to eat desserts with no problem. MaryW

That's not nothing to sneeze about 23 pounds Mary. Bravo!!!!! I know you feel better I sure did when I lost the first 20 pounds. Keep it up I feel so much better and the clothes I can get into is wonderful. Makes me feel sassy. There are quite a few sugar free deserts on www.allrecipes.com. Also on the back of the Splenda packs there is sugar free and low calorie recipes. |
