Maybe somebody here will have a source. My sister in the states buys her checks for dirt cheap ($4 a box) from check discounter companies. She finds ads for them in magizines, direct mail etc. She has never had any problems because she checks out the companies first. I have tried to order from the companies in the states that she uses, but they tell me they are unable to print canadian checks. If you buy them through the bank like I do they cost around $30 a box. I use a lot of checks and this is a huge difference in price. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks Melanie

We have the same problem. We write out a LOT of business checks and they are expensive!

I get my checks from www.checksinthemail.com but I understand NO U.S. company will do Canadian checks due to the difference's in banking procedures. You'd think with everything computerized they'd have all that stuff worked out already....(I'm sure if more women were bank presidents there wouldn't be that problem) Chrys

I use to do the checks for every bill i owned. Not any more as stated they cost way to much. And the service fees are not cheap either I do the interac thing . I use the PC banking which has no ser charges and their checks come in books of 30 And i only use one per month and they are free. It certainly works for me. GeriNS |
