Everything I have read about that machine has been positive. I don't think you have to hurry to buy...that is the price that machine is all over the internet.Of course if it is local that is different.

Thank you soverysewey and kylnne2, I have purchased the machine from the Sewvacdirect website. I will get a free case for it too and there was no shipping charges. I can't wait for it to arrive. I'm in Seattle right now visiting my new grandbaby and will go to Joanne's and Hancock's today and buy more fabric!! Thanks again, take care, Dacia

Congratulations on the new baby in the family!

I am in Seattle every day! Wasn't it lovely here today? Sun shining and the mountains were gorgeous! We'll pay for it this summer though...not much water..Guess that is what bottled water is for... :re:

 My newest little one is named after me and her other grandma (Dacia Elena) and she is sooo beautiful!! and a dream to behold, I will miss her with all my heart when I return to Montana :bluesad: My machine will be a slight consolation. I'll make my daughter some lovely nursing tops, we went and picked out fabric today.
I lived here in Seattle for 12 years about 7 years ago and loved every year. I'd move back in a second but my husband loves it too much in Montana.... :bluesmile so I just get to visit. We barely had any moisture in Montana too so will probably get lots of forest fires next summer.....I hate smoky days too. Be glad your getting moisture Kylnne2! I love to drink bottled water but wouldn't want to on a permanent basis.
Take care ladies and thanks so much for being supportive, it means alot! Dacia

Dacia, Safe travels on your return to Montana. My oldest son and his family and 2 of my DGkid's live in Montana also. He loves it there and will never return home again. They live in Roundup and my DDIL is from Shelby. I stayed there with them a few years ago and it is beautiful. The one thing I noticed was the long distance between towns. We have distance between towns here in Ariz. also but not quite as far. Have fun sewing for the new grandaughter. I am sewing for 2 new granbabies coming in April and June, a new baby for a friend and constantly sew for all the other grands and grt grands. Some day I hope to take up quilting..but never seem to have the time.

Hi, It is nice to make your acquaintance. I live in Polson, on Flathead Lake which is quite a long ways from Shelby and Roundup. In my opinion, all of Montana is beautiful.....not prejudiced about Mt or anything...lol. Where do you live in Arizona? I have only been as far as New Mexico and would love to explore more of the southwest, it's so beautiful. There sure are long distances between towns, I much prefer the Seattle area where there are alot of stores, etc. in between the towns. I guess I've always been partial to the Seattle area and no matter how my heart beats fast for my homeland in Montana, my heart also beats for the vast civilization here in the Pacific Northwest (read...shopping) ;)
Congratulations on the new additions to your family, gbabies are the best! With my new machine, I hope to up my expertise and be able to make some awesome garments, etc. for my gbabies and other family members like you are doing. I too would like to try my hand at quilting, there are so many beautiful fabrics out there for quilting that it's almost sinful to not give it a try. Take care and thank you for our traveling blessing, we leave here on Sunday. Dacia
