Downloading is the easy part...you just click on the zipped folder and save it to your hard drive. The thing you need to have is Winzip to unzip the folders (if you don't already have it). The other thing you need to do is make sure you're saving the files to a place you can remember easily so you can find them again. Here is a link to a program that will make a bunch of folders for embroidery designs so you can just save the design into the correct folder: http://www.tashambra.sewembroider.com/Organizing_Designs.htm Welcome to the addiction!!! photos.yahoo.com/greendragondesigns

If your palette program can only read PES (or whatever format) you need to convert your designs first. You can either download the program here: http://www.pulsemicro.com/Product%20Pages/tdgmlbp/tdgmlbp_ambassador.htm Or you could download the trial version of Embird here and when the 30 days is up, purchase the program: http://www.secretsof.com/content/1853?PHPSESSID=966c4307e67b447b7541ab0473ee569e photos.yahoo.com/greendragondesigns

If you are using PE Design, you can open other files using "import" instead of open under the "file" menu. It allows you to open several different types of formats, not just pes. Chey |
