I am lucky to have an "IDEA" of what I would like to do.. but heck the idea has not yet manifested into a "real" live item yet.. LOL LOL...

I know that I have to do quite a bit to keep up with you ladies.. sooooo tonite, I will start on that "idea"..

This is great fun.. I am so happy that I joined in on the fun...

Karen, that's usually the way I am too, and shopping right up til the last minute! Because we're going away for Spring Break, ariving home the day before Easter, I want everything out of the way as I know I'll feel rushed when we get home. I'll slow down in April, I promise! :nah:

Thank you, Debby! Received my St. Patrick's Day package today! A beautiful fq of green grassy fabric, a package of fat 1/8ths (green, of course), a cute shamrock basket (that Sarah has put on her dresser), and a candle - plus a homemade card! Thank you so much, Debby!

Basically, it's a 5 month swap where you're paired up with a partner and exchange monthly gifts. This round ends in June.

Actually.. my collection of "objects" include all sorts of "bugs" and the cuties that "eat them"

I collect cows, sheep, pigs, penguins, ... then on a lighter note... frogs, butterflies, bees, ladybugs, and the occassional "grasshopper"...

I am trying to put together an "african" quilt... so here we can have the hefty elephant... to the delicate gisele... by way of the "speedy" tiger

Oh heck as long as the real animal (or bugs) are not in my "space", they can all sleep with me..

I will be watching the mail towards the middle/end of the week, Karebear!

I just got back from the Atlanta quilt shop hop. Was a much-needed weekend away. I have a good friend that lives there. It was so much fun!

Happy green day! (Today is Monday) :c)

Carman - I got your package on Friday. My son helped me open the box and his face lit up when he saw Winnie the Pooh (and the chocolate). It was priceless. Thank you so much.

Karebear,
Oh my, you have made my week with the goodie box! The purse is so cool (I love it!), the fabric, thread, buttons in the cutest carrot bag, notepad, needles, and candle. And, last, but not least, Peeps. And not just any Peeps, they were purple Peeps! (my favorite) Mmmm.
Thank you so much!!!!
