im having trouble lining the sleeves of a bolero. I have it all lined except the sleevesand the opening for turning I dont undestand the instructions are you suppose to pull the sleeves thru the opening then they are separated like two sleeves and then you can't sew all the way around or is that the way it is suppose to be then when you turn it you need to slip stitch it closed?

thanks to all who lokked but had no answer. Ijust had to hand sew them I am now on my fourth gown and bolero maybe next time I'll have an easier or better question. thanks again

Kam, you were right about having two sleeves on each side. After you turn it, you push one sleeve inside the other and hand stitch it closed. Sorry, I didn't see this sooner! Sounds as though you're working hard. :smile:

I've been sewing 55 Plus years... But, I do not understand that question, that is why I did not answer it.. I 'm glad someone knew the technique and gave you an answer..
