Have just gotten my hands on that Minky fabric. It is wonderful, but there must be some hints I need to know before investing in a project using it. Does anyone have some expertise in how it could and should be handled, tricks of the trade? I would hate to ruin a piece of it but I sure do want to make something with it, maybe a baby quilt or a robe for me! Cynret

What's so great about it?? I haven't seen or felt it. Is it softer than fleece?

There was some minky fabric in our local fab store the other day. It was grey, short fur looking, about 40.00 a meter here but they were having a 50% sale, I didn't but any but certainly thought about it.The main reason was I didn't really know what I would do with it but a robe would be a great idea, wish I had gotten some now!
