I learned how to do them and I have made one. It isn't just wrap duck tape around the body, you have to tear the tape, mold the tape. We had video's to watch and written instructions too. I would much rather have gone to a workshop, but this was good. If anyone wants to make dress form dummies, I think they should look this over. To make the dummy it takes about an hour of you standing and being wrapped. You can't start and stop it is an all in one process. You learn to make the stand and cover the dummy. I would recommend her way of doing it. Of course you can just order the book and video too. Summer Summer
