Hello!
I remember when I was younger how I had pjs that had feet in the bottom of the legs and a huge zipper up the front! After hunting high and low I cannot come across a mattern like this for adults! If you have any heads up as to where I can find these that would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

The closest thing I can think of to do is use a ski suit pattern and meld it with a pattern for polarfleece sox. Would take a bit of creativity, but I think it's do-able.

When my gd was about a year old, I made her footed pjs and tried to find a pattern for her mom. The closest I could get was a pj that had ribbing around the feet. I still have been unable to find a pattern for the long footed pjs or an adult. If you can find one, however, the fabric for the no-skid feet is pretty easy to find (FYI).

I think McCalls has a pattern...or Simplicity. I know I've seen one because my DD wanted me to make her some. I never bought the pattern, so I can't help you with that.
