Hi I'm new to the site . I found you guys while looking for a new machine. I really don't know what I want, my old machine was a White basic jeans and I was not happy with it. I want something easy to use and not too expensive since I only get to sew a little at a time(4 kids). I have just begun my search and checked out the local dealer who sells Singer. She suggested the Quantum decor and it seems like it comes with lots of accessories but I heard that Singer might not be the best choice. I haven't found any reviews for this machine and would like to know some more about it. My dealer said it is popular and hard to get in because it's backordered I'm hoping this is a good sign but means I can't test one quickly for myself. Suggestions for other machines would be great too. I sew kid's clothing, now starting into skating and dance clothing too so it needs to handle light stretchy fabric well as well as being able to mend jeans etc. I have done some curtains and crafty stuff too and the extra feet on this machine sound like they'd be time saving. Anyways any help would be great! |
