Hi everyone.

I spoke to someone at Allbrands.com who said they have a trade in policy....then I spoke to another internet site who said Allbrands doesn't and that they only give $20.00. Has anyone purchased an Allbrands serger and then traded it in for a higher model after a few months? Just curious. Don't want to be stuck catching Allbrands in a 'lie'.....

Anyword would be great.

Go to Allbrands and find out their policy, it should be on the site. Don't always believe what one person tells you, especially when they are the competition.

All people who sell on the WWW HAVE to have their policies written out for you to read. I personally have never ordered from AllBrands, but I've never heard/seen anything bad about their site. (and I belong to MANY sewing/embroidery/quilt sites)

I've sent an email to Alex requesting it in writing. So far from other peoples complaints about Allbrands (when they do have one) they aren't treated very well and are told its a 25% resocking fee. (I was told 15%) so there is another policy to verify....

I just want to make sure no one's pulling my leg. I live in SCal where the deception rate quadruples so I'm just very leary of what I'm told verbally.
Originally from NCal where people are more grounded and honest, so I've been alittle gullable learning the ways of the world down here near Hollywood.

Well, I asked on the forum at Allbrands and no one responds. No email
to back up the verbal claim. I'm in sales, so I know how sales people can be.

www.sewinginusa.com sells the Quantumlock for the same price but with
a 30 day money back guarantee. Can't beat that. They've sold over 500 and only 3 came back. That's not too bad.

I'll tell you how it goes...
