I might have cut my sleeves a little tight on my jacket and I am reading about adding a gusset. Has anyone done this? Is it very difficult with lining? Any tips? mitzi

If you plan your gusset correctly it won't be hard. You want to sew it in such a way that you avoid as many corners as possible This is usually a matter of looking at your garment and planning your "attack. Depending on the size of the gussets, it will probably be easiest to place the gusset in the seam line running down the inside of your sleeve and into the side of your garment than to apply the gusset first to the underarm front and back and then to the front and back garment (this minimizes the corners you have to sew).
