that is a hip hugger style, may also be called body hugger. It is a bag/purse that fits over the shoulder and lays close to the body.

If anyone knows where I can get one on line free, I would appreciate the info.

Do I understand this correctly?? are you looking for a pattern? if so, check out Wild ginger, they have a small program called "wild things" that you can download for free that will make free patterns for various bags, hats, etc..

I found some wonderful tote and purse patterns at

It was a few years ago. Still a good site for lots of stuff.
