When to my first garage sale of the season. This lady had lots of fabric for 50 cents a yard. I got some nice pieces. She also had patterns, never used, for 10 cents. I got lots of those too. So glad its spring.

Now, all the garage sales I find only have lots of books I don't want, random clothes, and strange knick knacks that I don't want. I wish I could be so lucky as to find such a great find. How on earth do you find them?

I watch the papers. I don't always find ones like this. This lady was working for JoAnn's and she told me to watch for her sale. She does alot of sewing. They are moving across country and she had to get rid of alot of stuff. I did buy about 20 patterns never used for 10 cents a piece. And 50 yards of fabric at 50 cents a yard. I love these kind of sales.

I'm like Ticia, I never find anything at garage sales -- of course I rarely go so that may have something to do with it.
