* eQuilter.com is seeking an experienced Manager for the Buying Department. * Must have 10+ years of experience managing 10-20 people, strong computer skills with Excel, MS Office. * Positive go-getter to manage 4-8 staff with growth potential, oversee and manage purchasing budget, analyze stats. * Retail management experience is a plus. Must have some kind of sewing/quilting experience, or textile industry background. * Requires excellent leadership & communication skills, able to do "big picture" scheduling for the Buying Department. * Location: Gunbarrel district of Boulder.
