when I first looked at that picture, I was a bit taken aback by the fact that these are machines with flywheels and belts... then it dawned on me... of course... no electricity in many parts there... those machines look a lot like my gran's old machine!! MO life is too short, not to explore

Mary, Thank you for the site. We work with the Canadian Foods Grain Bank and raise money for grain for any crisis that happens around the world. It is a lot of work and all of us feel truly blessed to be able to do this. It was so encouraging when we saw bags from the food grain bank on the news reach the people from the Tsunami tragedy. Anyone that has helped these people and others around the world deserve an applause. We have so much, and they have so little. I feel its the least we can do. It is so encouraging when you see people helping others. That is what love is about. I find that these sort of things help keep me going. |
