Hello! I am trying to make a skirt made out of neck ties! So I have gathered all the ties that I need but am stuck on the lining part! Should I attach the ties right to the lining (that is sew the 2 attaching ties and the backing all at once)? What is the best way to go about this? Thanks so much this site is SOOOOOO helpful!
