CARAMEL PECAN ROLLS

1 1/2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 small box butterscotch pudding mix (4 oz., not instant)
Cinnamon (desired amount)
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Thaw bread dough half hour so it can be cut. Cut into 15 pieces. Grease
cake pan or Bundt pan. Place pieces in circle. Sprinkle pudding mix over
sections. Sprinkle cinnamon and nut mixture over pieces. In saucepan, mix
butter and sugars until dissolved slightly. Pour over rolls and cover.
Let rise in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
Immediately invert on plate when done.

Potato Chip Cookies

1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar (plus 1/2 cup more for coating)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup walnuts - chopped

Heat oven to 375 F.
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer on high.
Lower speed to medium and add vanilla.
Add flour and cinnamon to butter mixture.
Beat on low until totally combined.
Fold in chips and walnuts.
Form into balls.
Dredge in sugar.
Place on lightly greased sheets 2" apart. Bake until golden brown around edges - about 12 minutes. Let cool on rack.
