here is a manual for a 99-13

The major difference is a -13 is older and uses a knee bar rather then a foot controller.

Yes, Joey picked it up for me back home for $50. My Pfaff is down for the count and repairs are costly on the sucker so had to do something quick.

I have the 6270 Tiptronic so not something I can fix myself. Timing went out on it.
