Hi there, I have recently been given a kenmore 10 stitch with no manual...I DONT want to buy the manual, I simply want ANYONE who knows how to wind the bobbin on this bad boy ...HELP ME!!! I've gone through several old machines in the last month, and purchased the manuals, only to find they had something dastardly wrong with them. I truly can't afford to buy a new machine, and in fact, can't even purchase a 7 dollar manual until next week, but we need curtains up NOW. If you have this old manual, and can sort of walk me through it...welll, nooo, I won't make you a millionare, but I'll be EVAAAAHHHH so grateful |

So glad that I could assist ya!! I got to thinking and remembered there was a site that showed stuff like that. I have my Mothers older Kenmore but no manual...so I needed something to show me how to do the basics!! That is what I found. Now get to work on your curtains....have fun! mgf~ Blessings & Smiles

I believe someone on this site said that all Kenmores that start with 385 are made by Janome.. I'm not sure, but I think that is right.. Check it out..
