Growing up I have had bad things happening to me but later on ... it hasn't so it doesn't really bother me. My childhood friend from Canada LOVES Friday the 13th!

A couple of weeks ago, my hubby gave ma $20 bill and I put it in my purse. Several days later, I planned on stocking up on patterns at Hancock's since they were 99 cents each and I was going to use that $20, but I couldn't find it! I was very, very upset. Today, I was looking for something in my purse, and I found my $20 in between some cards. I guess I thought I was keeping it safe, but hid it from myself!  However, finding it today was great! I told you that Friday the 13 is my lucky day!

toadusew, you sound like the lady I saw on "Clean Sweep"!! She was cleaning out her bedside stand and found a $100.00 bill!!!! She forgot that she had even put it there!! Just think if she had not cleaned out the drawer and sold the stand anyways in her yard sale!!! I think I will be checking drawers and pockets at every sale I go to!!!! ( And yes, I would give them back their money, just like a good girl should  )
