I am going to attempt to try this ... I was wondering if it would look good to add sashing in between "windows" ... kinda like window pane ... would it look good or better off without it?

Brenda...When Lesson4 came out, SailorLiz said she had just finished an attic window quilt and it was done with a thin sashing around all the windows. It looked great. If you go to her album, under Quilts you can take a look and see what you think. I found it under the previous thread "Lesson 4 has arrived" - Here is the link to the other post where you can find SailorLiz's post and check out her album. http://sew-whats-new.com/vb/showthread.php?t=15546 TTFN from

I just looked at Sailorliz's quilt she used with spring view - OMG - that is just so stunning - that is exactly what I am thinking of doing ... with pictures!!! It looks like a window pane... Thanks for heads up, Judy!!!! Really really appreciate it! - Brenda -
