Hi. I am making a pair of pretty knee pads for a friend. She will be using them to comfort her knees when she's on hands and knees. What should I use in them? I have one sample that turned out very pretty with batting inside. I thought if I packed the batting really tight, it might not squish down. But, it did squish down some. Anything else I could use? |

I would use high density foam and on the thicker side. It will still compact but not as much as batting. Summer Summer

You might even put some batting on the bottom and then add foam to the top.

I wonder if a couple pieces of convoluted foam (like the egg crate foam) pieces would work or some of those cool beads they are using in pillows right now?
