My singer Melenium Model 6423 was giving me fits for a couple of years. I have had the thing worked on because the bobbin constantly popped out. I finally got tired of messing with it and contacted Singer. They are actually going to send me a new machine! They are sending me a FedEx label to return my machine and when they get it they are going to send me a 3962 model. http://www.singernj.com/singer_3962.html Does anyone have the model 3962 ? If so, how does it perform? Carolyn
