Hello everyone. Hubby and I are here in Freeport, Maine. It is still raining, but we have some shopping time. Are there any fabric stores between here and St. Andrews, New Brunswick I can visit?

Grandson is with his uncle, heaven help me when I get home.

Fabric is not something I look for when I go to Freeport. Born and raised Maniac I am. I guess P.C. they are called Mainers now. Whenever I go home for a visit I always hit LL Beans. I remember when it was a one room walk up and you had to dig thru all the boxes they had under tables to find what you wanted. If you drive by an Amato's store stop in and get an Italian sandwich and whoopie pie for me. Can't get them anywhere else in the country as good as there.

Mary,
Not sure which way you are going but they have 3 JoAnn Fabrics around Freeport. We are having our memorial day sale and there is an online coupons :)

Hey Mary, I was just listening to the news and it is still raining in Nova Scotia. You Maritimers are being hit hard. Bridgewater's especially hard hit with lots of flooding. You may want to prolong your stay in Maine....hope you don't have to swim your way home! Good Luck.
