Hi everyone, I have accumulated a lot of remnants--rayon, polyester, etc., that I used to make skirts, dresses, blouses with. I see that my stash of these remnants is growing, I cannot toss any material, and am wondering if anyone has any ideas for using these pieces? I have a habit of buying way more than I need, trying to curb that, but not easy. I am one of those sewers who buys the fabric first, then finds a use for it later. I'd appreciate any ideas anyone has. Thanks, Elly |

Toss anything smaller than a yard. The rest you will eventually find a use for. Dorothy |

I gave all of my pieces smaller than 1m to my son's grade 2 class, they use them for art class etc.

How about piecing you rayons into a throw and backing it with something like a nice wool, then tie quilt it? Rayon and wool, a great combination! If you have nice prints, it could make a lovely throw! |
