Here is the site of a man who does the most beautiful sewing of costumes I have seen. His real love seems to be the bobbin lace, silk ribbon emb. along with hand and machine embroidery.

Some of the site is not in English, but you can still see close ups of his work. He is truly talented.

Wow, both of those sites are amazing - the time that must be spent in embroidery! Not to mention that Buckingham point lace....I would get SO lost!
