well i am working on my june box to jada. and should have all finished this week. her may box never got there, really upsetting, and she has been laid up with her back. so i told her we would just combine may and june, just need to rember just what i had in may and duplicate it as close as i can. next week i'm of to a shop hop and there are 63 stores involved. we'll see how many we get done in 2 days. there are 4 of us going. free block at each store we go to.

Karebear,
Did you receive your June package? It should have been there by now. Hoping it is not lost somewhere between here and there!

So sorry the delay!!!!! I received your wonderful filled parcel last Saturday.. I had problems getting on line over the weekend due to the "PAINTING Commander" making sure that I do my job first befoe using the computer

Everything and I do mean everything was beautiful... my  spoiled me to no ends of the earth with a gorgeous purse.. (wow- the work that went into this with the beautiful fabric- you are wonderful); a pattern for the handy sewing scraps... the great fabrics to use in some of my ongoing projects.. Yankee candles. I LOVE candles and the flavors are scent-i-ful!!!

Sarah.. I wept with joy that I was blessed with a treasure like you during this wonderful swap.. I do not consider our "angel swap" over but rather a start of a wonderful "sharing for life" buddy from Illinois..

Thank you so very much...

I hope that you have gotten my "sister" swap in the mail...

Karebear, I am so glad you liked your goodie package. I have had so much fun angel swapping with you. I have also been spoiled! I just got your package that you sent, and I was thrilled. A cute purse pattern with some gorgeous orange fabric (that will make a beautiful purse), more fabric, quilted fabric stockings to sew, a snowman pin, some munchies, and a basket, which I am assuming is edible, as it smells like hard candy (correct me if I'm wrong before I give it a try!) It was like Christmas in June. Even the goodies are red and green. And I love dried cranberries and peas.
Thanks so much for months of wonderful things!

got my red, white & blue package from Debby today, thank you! Even the envelope was red, white & blue (priorty mail!) :bluewink:

I got a wonderful red/white/blue homemade bag that is wonderful - nice long handles and the bag is even padded! Inside was an apron, patriotic pot holders, 4 more potholders with recipies (very cute!) and fabric.

I love all of it Debby, and appreciate the homemade gifts! They'll go well in my kitchen, any time of the year!
