I'm currently taking an online Fabric Portrait class and one of the discussion threads talked about some amazing work done by fabric artists. I thought you might like to see. http://www.artalgoma.com/textile_arts_links.htm Two names that have been mentioned in particular, are Deirdre Scherer and Susan Carlson. Truly gifted fabric artists. Unbelieveable. I have heard of Deidre Scherer, saw her work in quilt magazines. Isn't her work something. She also did one of a little girl at the beach. It was something I will always remember. Barbara Mckie's floral quilts are just perfection. Its hard to believe they are really quilts and not photos. You are amongst some very esteemed company KayTee. MaryW
