I am trying to learn how to make bras. I've made one and it looks like crap, so I am looking for some tips to make the next one work better. I also need to know who makes a good pattern. I've got a KwikSew pattern but it doesn't fit right, and I don't know if I'm just shaped funny or if the pattern is just wierd. I am also looking for good sources for the underwires, hook and eye tape, and powernet. Help!!! |

Bra making is something that I hope to get around to one day The lastest Australian Stitches Vol 12 no 12 has an article with step by step photos (all 8 pages) on making a bra from the Booby Traps collection. Contact details www.boobytaps.com.au They seem to sell bra kits, fabrics and the "doings" for bra making plus instructional videaos, CD or DVDs There is also a bra sew along over on pattern review. Good luck SKye |
