Anyone else got this machine I purchased one from a husband whose wife had died and it worked like a charm for 6 mos but now will not pull the fabric through and the stitch is all messed up. This happened after I used it on some heavy fabric. He didn't bring any books and can't bring himself thru stuff looking for it.

Lucky you! I'd love to have a blindhemmer. If you don't get help, I bet that you can find a shop that has one...maybe a dry cleaners, you might call a men's store and ask who does their alterations, or a nice upscale ladies' garment shop. They aren't just terribly common except in places where they do commercial alterations.
