Hi,

I am a new to sewing and new to the board. My name is Rebecca. I have 3 young sons, go to school full time and work full time. I can't wait to learn to start sewing. I hope to make a lot of friends and get a lot of information.

First question of the night is are there any wholesale fabric sites online?

Thanks,
Rebecca

Welcome Rebecca. I can't help you with your question, I usually shop locally. I'm sure someone will be along with an answer for you. You'll enjoy everyone here, glad to have you on board!

I shop locally a lot too but I do like Denverfabrics.com They have a wide variety and if you are in doubt about the fabric, for a dollar you can get fabric swatches. The prices are excellent.

There are several very good sites on the net including Hancocks and Joannes. This site (so far) just seems to handle most of my needs if I don't find what I need locally.

Hi Becca
for canadian fabric sites I like wazoodle.com for kids fabrics, they have great knits and Timmelfabrics.com for cool fabrics for me  , there are tonnes of great sites out there for shopping, sometimes I do ebay too if I'm just looking for something different!
