Here is a guide to children's body measurements. It is for knits but you can kind of take this as a basic to work from. Hope it helps someone.

Mary, you came through again! I am trying to sew for an unborn baby and since its been eons since I've had a baby around it's perfect for me to at least get an idea of what size these things should be. We're still waiting on this one to show up, her due date is the 28th and mom, dad and grandma are getting impatient!
