As with every disaster, the charity scammers rear their ugly heads. There are many bogus charity web sites and scams going on with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Please be careful who you donate to. Go to www.charitynavigator.org to find out what to look for in a charity. Also, if you think there is a scam in your area go to www.ic3.gov and report them. This is the FBI and they will look into the claims. MaryW
